Touheys Detailing provides Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction, Exterior Detailing, Interior Detailing, Upholstery Cleaning, Engine Detailing, Headlight Restoration, Car Wash and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Touheys Detailing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
